What conditions must be met to get a cash loan?

The bank must know who the loan is for. For this we will need an ID card or passport. Before you start applying for a cash loan, make sure your document is valid and usable. Once the bank knows for whom it will borrow money, it would also like to be sure that the loan installment will be repaid. Therefore, everyone who applies for a cash loan should indicate from which source they receive money for remuneration.

  • current certificate of employment period and average monthly net or gross remuneration for the last 3 months
    or
  • The last 3 receipts to your bank account

  • current valuation decision

  • certificate from the Commune Office confirming the fact of holding / renting the farm or payment order
  • KRUS certificate of non-payment of contributions or the latest proof of payment of the KRUS contribution
  • certificate of non-payment of agricultural tax fees or last proof of payment of agricultural tax

  • CEIDG – entry in the business register
  • certificate from ZUS / KRUS on non-payment of contributions or evidence of payments to ZUS / KRUS social security contributions for the last 3 months or certificate from the Tax Office on non-payment of taxes or income tax for the last 3 months, and
  • document dependent on the form of taxation: – in the case of a tax revenue and expense ledger – statement of income, costs and income incrementally since the beginning of the year or the last annual tax return confirmed by the Tax Office (PIT 36 / PIT 36L)
  • in the case of a tax card – the decision of the Head of the Tax Office about the lump sum – the last annual tax return confirmed by the Tax Office (PIT 28)

Pensioners applying for a cash loan should provide

  • Last proof of payment, eg last benefit slip or last receipt of benefit to your bank account

  • current decision on granting the benefit or ID card of the pensioner
